Bhilwara, Kota, also reported from Sirohi. Common in moist places particularly in the East of Aravalli

Global: Tropical Asia, Orient. Chamba: Common weed in rice fields, 600-1800 m.

Maharashtra: Infrequent in water logged areas, damp places and harvested fields. Chandrapur, Nanded, Nasik, Pune, Raigad, Ratnagiri, Sindhudurg, Thane, Yavatmal.

Majuli: Kamalabari. A common weed of wet and moist places and abundant in rice fields.

S. E. Asia from Tadzhik to N. Korea and N. Honshu southwards to Java and Sri Lanka, western side of the Caspian sea from E. Azerbaydzhan to N. Iran naturalized in parts of S. Europe, N. Africa and U.S.A

So far a weed in cultivated fields at Dharampur and Dangs; also recorded from Chikli and Surat; rare.

Southeast Asia. Frequent in fallow fields from coast to the top of the Western Ghats

Throughout the plains and warm places in the lower hills in India. SE.Asia from Tadzhik to N.Korea and Honshu southwards to Java and Sri Lanka. Orissa: Common in rice fields and wet places.

Tripura : Iran, Himalayas, India, east to China, Japan and Malesia. Fairly common in rice fields and wet places
